Found in 2019, AJ Technology (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd., was originally oriented on sourcing services that are so demanded in the region.
Due to specifics of approach, bootstrapping and pure curiosity, all processes of launching business in China were made with avoidance of local agents.
Presume this approach was dictated by abnormal amount of scam offers or simply overpriced offers, by agents or "official business". As main target was to find out how things are really done here in China.
This approach helped us not only to avoid unnecessary expenses, but as well to expand the list of the services for new businesses looking to enter local market.
While Covid-19 was a hard challenge for us, it also gave us a hint on opportunities, since we found that our services shouldn't be just limited with international business doing business with China.
While assisting our group of local partners whom we cooperated with on sourcing basis, we found that we can provide valuable business consulting services on how to improve business performance and sales aimed on external market.
